1. The Service
PepScribe is a technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers and licensed compounding pharmacies. PepScribe does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, compound medications, or dispense prescriptions. All medical decisions are made by independently licensed clinicians.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our services are available. Completing the intake assessment does not guarantee a prescription. All prescribing decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent medical judgment.
3. Compounded Medications
Medications prescribed through PepScribe are compounded by licensed 503A/503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared based on a licensed provider's prescription to meet individual patient needs.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
PepScribe operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription includes clinician consultation, prescription (if appropriate), pharmacy compounding, and shipping. You may cancel at any time without penalty. If a clinician determines that peptide therapy is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged.
5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Individual results vary. PepScribe does not guarantee specific health outcomes, timelines, or results from any prescribed therapy. All expectations should be discussed with your assigned clinician.
6. Limitation of Liability
PepScribe provides a technology platform only. We are not liable for medical decisions made by independently licensed providers, medications compounded by licensed pharmacies, or individual health outcomes.
