PepScribe

Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Consult fee refunds

Booking a consultation requires a refundable clinician consult fee, paid up front: $49 for a direct peptide plan, $99 for a personalized program. If you are approved, that fee credits toward your first month. The consult fee is refunded in full if a licensed clinician reviews your assessment and issues no prescription, or if you cancel before clinician review begins.

2. Subscription refunds and cancellations

PepScribe subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time, with no contracts, cancellation fees, or retention calls. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you are not charged again. The current billing period is not prorated. You keep any doses already shipped or scheduled for that period. Compounded medication that has already been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded, which is a requirement of 503A pharmacy regulation.

3. Damaged, lost, or late shipments

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is significantly delayed, contact support@pepscribe.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate a replacement with our licensed 503A pharmacy network at no additional cost to you.

4. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@pepscribe.com before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions are resolved quickly once we can review the order together, and reaching out first is the fastest path to a refund if one is owed.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@pepscribe.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PepScribe after an update means you accept the revised policy.
