PepScribe

Clinical standards

How we prescribe.

PepScribe is a technology platform, not a medical provider. Clinical care is provided by US-licensed clinicians through Ola Digital Health. Here is the standard every patient goes through: review, screening, consent, and follow-up.

01

US-licensed clinician review

Every assessment is reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. Telehealth services are provided by Ola Digital Health, an independent US-licensed telehealth provider. The clinician is always the prescriber of record.

  • Licensed physician or nurse practitioner review
  • Licensed in your state of residence
  • Care provided by Ola Digital Health
  • The clinician is the prescriber of record
02

Screening and eligibility

Before any prescription, your clinician reviews your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals, and screens for contraindications. Labs may be ordered when clinically needed.

  • Health history and current medications reviewed
  • Screening for contraindications
  • Labs ordered when clinically indicated
  • Therapy declined when it is not appropriate
03

Informed consent

You receive clear information about the therapy, what is known and not known, and the risks before you consent. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and we say so plainly.

  • Plain information on benefits and risks
  • Compounded-medication status disclosed
  • Consent recorded before prescribing
  • Questions answered via secure messaging
04

Prescription only

Peptide therapy through PepScribe is available by prescription only. We do not sell peptides without clinician review, and we do not guarantee that any patient will be prescribed therapy.

  • No therapy without a prescription
  • No guaranteed prescription
  • Prescribed only when clinically appropriate
  • Refundable consult fee returned if not approved
05

Follow-up and ongoing care

Your clinician remains available after you start. Protocols are adjusted as needed, and you can reach the clinical team through secure messaging for the duration of your care.

  • Ongoing clinician support via secure messaging
  • Protocol adjustments when needed
  • Refills tied to your protocol schedule
  • Pause or cancel anytime
