PepScribe operates in the US states where our partner clinicians are licensed to practice. Eligibility is confirmed during your free 3-minute assessment, no credit card, no guesswork.

How telehealth licensing works.

Clinician licensing is state-by-state. A clinician licensed in Texas can only prescribe to a patient in Texas. Telehealth changes the format of the appointment, not that rule. Availability is determined by where our partner clinicians are licensed, not by where our servers are.

State-by-state credentials

Our partner physicians and nurse practitioners hold active licenses in specific states. Each prescription is issued by a clinician licensed where the patient lives.

USA-based licensed 503A pharmacies

Compounded prescriptions are prepared in the USA by licensed 503A pharmacies, not 503B, not international. Once prescribed, orders ship nationwide subject to your clinician’s prescribing authority.

Why isn't PepScribe in every US state?
Each state regulates telehealth and prescribing independently. Adding a state means credentialing clinicians in that jurisdiction, we do it one state at a time rather than claiming coverage that isn’t real.
How do I know if my state is covered?
The 3-minute assessment confirms eligibility for your state as a first step, before health questions, before clinician review, before any charge. If we’re not in your state, the flow offers to notify you when we are.
Can I use PepScribe while traveling?
Licensing is determined by patient location at the time of consultation. If you relocate to a state we don’t cover, your clinician may not be able to continue care until a licensed clinician in your new state takes over.
What about shipping?
Once a prescription is issued, compounded medications ship from a US pharmacy directly to your door. Nationwide shipping for patients in covered states.
Will PepScribe ever serve every state?
The goal is full coverage. State expansion is ongoing. Some states have additional controlled-substance or telehealth rules that affect which peptides can be prescribed locally, which we check during the assessment.
