PepScribe is a clinician-led peptide practice with direct plans for patients who know what they want and personalized programs for patients who want a more guided path. The roles, how we hire, and the application are all on this page.
How we work
A small team inside a live practice.
PepScribe is live. Real patients book visits, a licensed clinician reviews every plan, and medication is compounded in the USA by licensed 503A pharmacies and shipped to the patient’s door. What you do here shows up in a patient’s day, usually the same week you ship it.
The team is small and you work directly with the founder. You’ll own whole areas end to end, and you’ll see the effect of your work in the numbers and in patient email.
Both roles are remote in the US. The application at the bottom of this page goes straight to the founder, and every application gets read.
Care Operations
Patient Support Specialist
Full-time · Remote (US)
You are the person a patient reaches when something needs a human: a booking question, a shipment update, a billing fix. You work the support inbox end to end and make sure nothing a patient asks for gets lost.
Full-time, remote within US time zones.
What you’ll do
- Answer patient email end to end, from first reply to resolved
- Track shipments and prescriptions with our pharmacy and clinical partners and keep patients informed without being asked twice
- Handle billing questions and route refunds or plan changes for the founder's approval
- Spot the questions patients keep asking and turn them into fixes: a clearer page, a better email, a smoother step
About you
- You write clear, warm, correct email without a script
- You keep a queue at zero and know the difference between urgent and loud
- You can learn a clinical vocabulary well enough to know what you may say and what a clinician must say
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth, a pharmacy, or another regulated patient-facing operation
- Experience being the first support hire somewhere
Engineering
Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time · Remote (US)
You ship the patient-facing product: the intake, booking, and account surfaces of a live telehealth practice. The code you write serves real patients and moves real money.
Full-time, remote within US time zones.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship features across the Next.js app: intake, booking, payments, patient account
- Own integrations with our clinical, pharmacy, and payments partners, webhooks included
- Keep the money path correct: every charge, refund, and subscription change verified end to end
- Improve the checks that keep the site fast, compliant, and honest
About you
- Strong TypeScript and React in production, ideally Next.js App Router
- You have owned a payment or subscription flow, or another system where a bug costs real money
- You verify your own work: tests, typecheck, and reading the rendered page before calling it done
Nice to have
- Supabase or Postgres experience
- Experience in healthcare, another regulated space, or an early-stage product you helped shape

Is the salary posted?
No. We share the range in the first conversation.

Yes. Both roles are remote within the US.
