PepScribe is a technology platform. Telehealth services are provided by Ola Digital Health (oladigital.health), an independent US-licensed telehealth provider. All medical decisions are made by independently licensed healthcare providers. Medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed 503A pharmacies in the USA. PepScribe does not practice medicine, compound medications, or dispense prescriptions.
The PepScribe assessment does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Prescription decisions are at the sole discretion of the clinician. Some medications referenced on this website are compounded by US-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared in FDA-regulated facilities but are not themselves FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to prescribe any compounded medication is informed by a telehealth consultation and the patient’s medical history. Results from any program vary based on adherence, starting condition, and individual response.
