How long until I get my medication?
Most assessments are reviewed within 48 hours, and after approval your medication ships within 72 hours. From assessment to first dose typically lands in about 5–7 days.
Do I need an in-person visit?
No. The review is asynchronous and fully online, you complete the assessment, a US-licensed clinician evaluates it, and you message back and forth through the portal. There is no in-person visit.
What if I’m not approved?
You pay nothing. The $49 consult fee is refunded in full if a clinician does not issue a prescription. If you are approved, it credits to your first month.
Can I talk to my clinician after I start?
