When you use PepScribe, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, health goals, medical history responses, and contact details submitted through our intake assessment. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, device type, referring source) through analytics tools.

2. How We Use It

Your assessment data is shared with independently licensed healthcare providers for clinical review. We use your email to communicate about your assessment status, subscription, and relevant service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Clinical Data

Health information submitted through the intake assessment is transmitted to our clinical infrastructure partner for provider review. PepScribe is a technology platform and does not store long-term medical records. Your clinical data is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements by our licensed clinical partners.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes without your consent.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@pepscribe.com. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

7. Consumer Health Data Notice

This section addresses consumer health data rights under telehealth-specific privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state statutes. Consumer health data includes any information identifying a consumer’s health status, health conditions, medications, biometric data, or use of services related to physical or mental health. PepScribe collects this data only with your consent through the intake assessment, uses it solely to provide the telehealth service you requested, and shares it only with the independently licensed clinicians and 503A pharmacies responsible for your care. We do not sell consumer health data. You may withdraw consent, request deletion, or appeal a privacy decision by contacting support@pepscribe.com. We respond within 45 days.
