What we can and can't answer

The support team can answer questions about eligibility, billing, shipping, your account, and how PepScribe works. We're happy to explain the 503A/503B compounding framework, the regulatory distinction between compounded and brand-name medications, and the clinician review process.

We cannot give medical advice. If you're already a patient and have a clinical question about your treatment — side effects, dosing, whether to continue or pause — that belongs in secure messaging with your prescribing clinician via your patient account. Support cannot relay clinical questions to your clinician for you.
