Common questions

What people ask before booking.

If something is not here, reach out, we'd rather answer it plainly than have you guess.

How much is the online visit?

The online visit is free. A US-licensed clinician reviews your intake, and you only pay if a prescription is issued. If no prescription is issued, you pay nothing.

What if I am not approved?

You pay nothing. The clinician makes an independent medical decision based on your intake. If peptide therapy isn't right for you, there is no charge, and no further obligation.

Are these medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies in the USA based on a clinician’s prescription, tailored to individual patient needs. They are not the same as FDA-approved branded drugs and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.

How long until my prescription ships?

Most intakes are reviewed within 24 hours. After clinician approval, the pharmacy compounds and ships your prescription, most patients receive their first month within 5–7 days from quiz to first dose.

Can I cancel or pause anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Message your clinician through the patient portal to pause, adjust, or cancel.
